Before your appointment

We want to make your time with us as efficient and pleasant as possible. Completing the following steps before you arrive is essential.

Step 1 - If you provided an email address when making your appointment, then you will receive an email with directions on how to access your patient portal on EMA. Please complete the information about your past medical history including past surgical and GYN history, family history, social history, medications, and enter the pharmacy you would prefer we send your prescriptions.

(If you are unable to complete the patient portal information (either through the app or online), please arrive to your appointment 30 minutes early to complete the necessary items in the office.)

Step 2 - You will receive a text message from Klara requesting you upload a copy of your insurance card and ID card. There will also be documents for you to sign. Please make sure and complete all required steps. 

You will need to enter our practice URL for either the app or website portal:

WLRWOMENSCENTER.EMA.MD

Please note the specific browsers needed in order to use the portal online: Google Chrome v90 or newer / Mozilla Firefox v88 or newer.

Please note for APPatient App - iPhones need to be updated to iOS 18 or newer. Android phones need to be updated to Android 7.0 and higher.
